We perform complete integrated META tag optimization, including keywords content, to facilitate our process and to ensure that all META code of our client's submitted page conforms to current search engine standards

We perform carefully timed submissions to all 14 major search engines (Altavista, AOL, Excite, Google, Looksmart, Lycos, AllTheWeb, MSN, Yahoo, WiseNut, Netscape, AskJeeves, Iwon, MyWay) plus 8,500 minor search engines, special interest directories, etc., timing these submissions twice per month, while conforming to each search engine's current standards and indexing schedules

We provide verifiable keyword ranking reports broken down by individual search engine

Text descriptions and links to our client's optimized page will be placed on all six of our shopping malls at 4GreatBuys.com

Our written 50% warranty says that our client's optimized and submitted page will maintain the stated level of positioning under their optimized keywords (details depending on which promotional program they choose) on a minimum of six of the MAJOR search engines, at all times during the client's service (subject to specific warranty terms for each program)

Accelerator 5:

Warranties top-10 ranking on at least 6 major search engines

Includes at least 50 Directory Information Pages (D.I.P.'s) for submission multiplication

Over 851,000 monthly submissions on the Client's behalf

$3,000.00 set-up + $249.95 monthly submission fee

The warranties on our Accelerator programs begin 60 business days after the initial set-up period. The warranties period ends 6 months after the effective date of the service agreement.

WARRANTY.
3.1 Warranty. Company warrants that Client will obtain the promised results within 108 days of the Effective Date. Client shall not perform or allow (e.g.,by a webmaster or hosting company.) any changes to Company's optimized source code once it has been inserted into Client's web page specified herein, nor shall Client perform or allow any additional standard submissions of said web page to any search engines, nor shall Client perform or allow Company's optimized source code to be inserted into any web page other than the page specified in this Agreement, without the prior knowledge and approval of Company. Client shall not fail to perform (or prevent Company from performing) correct insertion of all of Company's optimized source code into the web page specified herein. Any such actions on the part of Client as described in this Section of this Agreement shall void this warranty. It is the sole responsibility of the client to monitor said website to ensure the accurate and consistent placement of the source code provided by the Company.

3.2 Warranty Disclaimer.
EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS SECTION 3, EACH PARTY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO ANY TECHNOLOGY OR SERVICES USED IN PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. NEITHER PARTY WARRANTS THAT ITS WEB PAGE(S) WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.

3.3 50% REFUND.
IF COMPANY BREACHES THE WARRANTY AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 3, COMPANY SHALL NOTIFY CLIENT BY EMAIL WITHIN 108 DAYS OF EFFECTIVE DATE THAT THE PROMISED RESULTS HAVE NOT BEEN ACHIEVED, THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF HALF OF SET-UP AND ADMINISTRATION FEES. CLIENT'S SOLE REMEDY SHALL CONSIST OF RECEIVING A REFUND OF HALF THE COST OF THE SET-UP AND ADMINISTRATION FEES. SAID REQUEST FOR REFUND SHALL TERMINATE COMPANY'S DUTY TO PROVIDE SERVICES.
